Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy and Booking Policy is 100% non-negotiable.  We ask for a 48-hour courtesy notice in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule appointment. All bookings require a $100 deposit that will be applied towards the cost of your treatment. If you cancel, reschedule or No-Show your appointment on the same day, your deposit will NOT be refunded. By booking your appointment you agree with Brown Sugar Esthetics Cancellation and Booking Policy.

A 15 minute grace period will be provided, if client is more than 15 minutes late the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. The Cancellation and Booking Policy WILL apply.
